Soto-McKibbin is listed as a missing person by the Winnemucca Police Department.

She was last seen in Winnemucca on Tuesday, June 3.

Soto-McKibbin is 5-foot-2 with brown eyes and long brown hair.

When Soto-McKibbin was last seen, she was wearing blue jeans and a black T-shirt.
