The Frederick City Council on Thursday approved requests to serve alcohol on city property at tennis tournaments and a Pride car show in the city.

Frederick Tennis will be able to to serve beer, wine and spirits at its Frederick Tennis Tournaments June 8 and 12, July 13 and 17, and Aug. 3 and 7. The tennis tournaments will be hosted at the West 2nd Street tennis courts in Baker Park.
