PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A third suspect was arrested and accused of being involved in a drive-by shooting that occurred near a Vancouver elementary school last month, authorities said.

Jarod Ngiraibuuch was identified as a suspect in the May 27 shooting that happened in front of the Jim Parsely Center near Roosevelt Elementary School, the Vancouver Police Department said. He was charged with drive-by shooting, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, and possession of a dangerous weapon on school grounds.
