WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS - The fourth and final day of competition in the 106th WV Amateur Championship, presented by Astorg Motor Company and conducted by the West Virginia Golf Association (WVGA), saw Owen Elliott, of Falling Waters, emerge from a tie with Cam Roam, of Huntington, to take the championship.
Elliott, a graduate of Hedgesville High School and Shepherd University, finished with a seven-under-par 273.
