WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS - The fourth and final day of competition in the 106th WV Amateur Championship, presented by Astorg Motor Company and conducted by the West Virginia Golf Association (WVGA), saw Owen Elliott, of Falling Waters, emerge from a tie with Cam Roam, of Huntington, to take the championship.

Elliott, a graduate of Hedgesville High School and Shepherd University, finished with a seven-under-par 273.

Rounding out the top 10 were Roam, Wednesday's co-leader, finishing with a one-under par (-1) 279; Ryan Bilby, of Follansbee, Christian Brand, of Hurricane, and Nick Dent, of White Sulphur Springs, all tied for third at even par (280); Carson Higginbotham, Clarksburg, in sixth at 2-over 282; Day 2's leader, Noah Mullens, of Milton, in seventh at 4-over 285; Jackson Woodburn, of S
