BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A small kitten was in danger of being injured or causing a traffic accident on the expressway, says the Brownsville Police Department. Officer Saenz and Animal Control Officer Lomuscio responded to the call, where they were able to save the kitten from any danger.
