SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -The top 4 seeds all advanced at the State AA Softball Tournament at Bowden Field Thursday.

But only #2 Harrisburg rolled as the Tigers blasted O’Gorman 15-0 in a game shortened by the mercy rule. Peyton LaFramboise hit a 3-run bomb in the Tigers first at-bat and they never looked back.

It wasn’t quite as easy for #1 Lincoln as Kierra Lubovich scored the go ahead run making it 4-3 over Roosevelt on a single by Paxton Dekkers and then got a big strikeout to end the game with the go-ahead runs on base.

#4 Jefferson pitched a shutout against #5 Brandon Valley 3-0 as the Cavs played great defense and got the only run they needed on Peyton Krull’s run-scoring double.
