FOWLERVILLE — Kaleb Nielson went 2-for-3 with a double and drove in the lone run while lifting the Hornets to a Division 2 pre-regional victory over Portland. Hawk Harding and Milles Keener combined for the shutout for No. 7-ranked Williamston, which advances to face Mason in a regional final at 10 a.m. June 7 at the University of Michigan. Harding struck out seven and allowed just one hit in five innings while earning the win.
