CROSS CITY, Fla. (WCJB) - Charges are formally moving forward against a suspected drug trafficker arrested in Dixie County.

A grand jury indicted Khiri Jackson on Tuesday for trafficking meth.

Jackson was arrested in April after being found with nearly 600 grams of meth on him.

Detectives say his arrest was part of a joint investigation into drug sales in the region.
