Donald Trump has suffered a major legal setback in his dispute with Harvard University.

On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs issued a two-page temporary restraining order ruling that the Trump administration cannot bar international students at the university from entering the U.S.

The Boston-based judge ruled that Trump's directive barring foreign nationals from studying at Harvard for six months would cause "immediate and irreparable injury" before the courts could fully review the policy.
