OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez is set to make a first appearance before a judge Friday morning after being arrested on federal racketeering charges due to his involvement in a “massive” illegal gambling operation.

Lopez was taken into custody on Thursday morning.
