MONROE, Ohio (WKRC) - Kohl's confirmed that an E-commerce center in Greater Cincinnati will be shut down permanently.
Kohl's notified the State of Ohio Thursday of its plans to close an E-commerce fulfillment center located in Monroe, which will impact hundreds of local workers.
The company confirmed that all affected workers have been informed that their last day of employment will fall on September 12. The facility will be closed by the end of October.
Kohl's said it plans to layoff all but a handful of employees. There was no reason provided for the closure of the facility.
