Effort to recall Council members on hold pending ordinance workshops

NARRAGANSETT, R.I. — The recall vote for three Narragansett Town Council members is suspended, but not washed away yet in goodwill from a council attempting to appease upset voters by having workshops on disputed zoning changes.
