FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — One of America’s most Portuguese cities is getting ready to honor the Iberian nation starting Friday.

Fall River will be having their tenth annual Day of Portugal festivities over the weekend at the city gates on Ponta Delgada Boulevard.

Festivities begin at 6 p.m., with multiple bands and artists performing into the night.

The city said there’s no admission fee for any of the events.
