LEXINGTON, S.C. (WIS) - The coroner has identified a woman killed after a crash in Lexington on Thursday.

The Lexington Police Department said the wreck happened at around 7:30 a.m. in the area of South Lake Drive and Interstate 20.

Police said a Toyota got off the interstate on Exit 55 when it crossed into multiple lanes of traffic while leaving the off-ramp. An Acura on South Lake Drive then collided with the Toyota.

The passenger of the Toyota died after being taken to a hospital. Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher later identified the passenger as 22-year-old Trinity Jones. The coroner added Jones was not wearing a seatbelt.

Fisher said both drivers were also taken to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
