At the June 2025 “Science on the Sound” Lecture Series, Outer Banks Visitors Bureau Executive Director Lee Nettles and Community Engagement Officer Jeff Shwartzenberg will present “Finding Balance: The Outer Banks Long-Range Tourism Management Plan”.
