A pair of big performances last December gave Travis Lee another award in June.

Lee had 19 points in the Cougars' 87-67 win over Damonte Ranch in boys' basketball on Dec. 3; later that week, scored 14 points and had three rebounds and three assists in an 62-58 win over Jesuit. Back then, he was named Champion Chevrolet Athlete of the Week for Dec. 2-8, 2024.

This week, voters overwhelmingly named him the Champion Chevrolet Athlete of the Week for the winter sports season.

Lee picked up 92.4% of the 4,441 votes cast in this week’s poll. He will receive a $100 gift card to Scheels, courtesy of Champion Chevrolet.
