Neighbors who live near the old Floyd Middle Magnet School campus in Montgomery are sharing ideas about how to bring the property back to life. City planners held a workshop yesterday to get ideas about making the neighborhood more walkable, connected, fun and safe. The city’s working with Robinson and Associates, an architectural firm in Montgomery, to design the plan for the old Floyd campus, which is on LeBron Road. The school itself moved to Hall Street several years ago.
