BERKS COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)-- The Berks County Coroner's office and OSHA are investigating after Reading man died in a work-related accident on Wednesday, June 4, according to the Berks County Coroner's Office.

The coroner's office said Julio Rafael Gutierrez, 44, of the City of Reading, died in a work-related accident at 4:38 p.m. at a business in Muhlenberg Township on Wednesday.

According to the coroner's office, the investigation into Gutierrez's death is ongoing at this time, and the cause and manner of death are still pending. However, there are no indications of foul play.

The Muhlenberg Township Police Department, Muhlenberg Township Fire and Rescue, and OSHA responded to the scene alongside the coroner's office.
