TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Drivers can expect traffic to be chaotic around Raymond James Stadium, Friday and Sunday.

It's due to a double whammy from the Rays playing at Steinbrenner Field in the afternoon and Metallica performing at Ray J in the evening.

Homeruns and headbanging happening right across right across the street from each other, twice over the weekend. Tampa Police Department expects a crowd of 65,000 flooding the area.

They're adding signs and officers in the area to direct traffic. TPD says drivers should expect heavier than normal traffic on Dale Mabry Highway, Columbus Drive, Himes Avenue and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
