The New Orleans Beer Bus will shut down and drive its last route on June 13 after 18 months of operation.

The bus drove two routes every Friday through Sunday in Uptown and Mid-City, stopping at six to seven bars along the way. The news was announced Thursday on the Beer Bus’ Instagram and Facebook accounts.

“After 18 months, 5,000+ ‘hops off,’ countless birthday cheers, bachelor singalongs, and brewery lawn games - we're pulling into our final stop,” said @nolabeerbus on Instagram to its over 2,000 followers.

“This ride has been incredible, and we’re so grateful to the amazing breweries, staff, and riders from around the world who made it all possible,” the post said.
