In April 2024, a promising young woman named Sade Robinson vanished in Milwaukee.

"It's the worst feeling a mother could ever have," said Sade's mother Sheena Scarbrough.

Robinson's mother and friends could see her movements in an app that shared her phone's location – until it went offline at a time and place that made them extremely concerned.

Her car was found burned in an area known for illegal dumping. And human remains were discovered along the shore of Lake Michigan, setting off a frenzied search by family and friends for the 19-year-old.
