WILKES-BARRE — A man charged by Kingston police with instigating a riot on Penn Street last year was sentenced to time served in prison.

Antoine Randall, 49, of Exeter, was sentenced to 124 days credit of time served and granted immediate parole by Luzerne County Judge Michael T. Vough on charges of riot and reckless endangerment. Randall pled guilty to the charges March 7.

Police in court records say Randall, then living on Penn Street, confronted a 12-year-old boy and another juvenile regarding vandalism to his vehicle on Nov. 4.

As Randall was arguing with the two juveniles, four other people including Lisa Renee King, 49, engaged in a fight that involved the throwing of garbage cans, lawn furniture, bicycles and a charcoal grill at each other, court records say.
