CAMDEN, Tenn. (WSMV) - A Dickson woman is facing charges after the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation determined she was responsible for a camper fire in Benton County.

The TBI and the Benton County Sheriff’s Office coordinated on the investigation, which was centered on a camper fire that sparked in the 60 block of Highlander Lane in Camden on Tuesday, June 3.

The cause of the fire emerged as suspicious, so the TBI was called in and 38-year-old Lindsay Joy Hooker was identified as a suspect.

The investigation showed that Hooker was responsible for starting the fire, and she was promptly arrested on Thursday, June 5.
