The Helena Public Schools board is expected to make decisions that brewed for months within the community regarding a potential Hawthorne Elementary School closure and budget shortfalls at its June 10 board meeting.
The meeting will be 5:30 p.m. at Lincoln Center, 1325 Poplar St.
Hawthorne Elementary School, 430 Madison Ave., was seen on the chopping block for years, but now, decisions about its future remained on the table.
