PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A local woman has turned her pandemic-born love for baking into a sweet business.

Thao Pham, who worked as a full-time investment banker, and has seen success with her indulgent treats made under the name 'Buttercoop Bakery.'

Fans and curious foodies can soon try out her pastries at her first brick-and-mortar shop opening July at Bethany Village.
