MACOMB COUNTY, MI -- A jury needed just 20 minutes of deliberation to convict a Washington man in connection with the 2023 stabbing death of a woman. Shane Burns, 33, was convicted Thursday on numerous felony charges including one count of first-degree premeditated murder for his role in the death of a 60-year-old Cheryl Ann Parsley of Clinton Township.
