DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) — An early morning shooting that took place in the parking lot of Polyplex has left a man injured.

Decatur Police told News 19 that the shooting happened in the parking lot around 5:11 a.m. Friday

According to Decatur Police, an adult male victim was shot and is now at Huntsville Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Police believe the incident is isolated. There is no word of what led up to the shooting at this time.

No arrest have been made at this time.

The shooting remains under investigation by the Decatur Police Department.
