As the curtain closes on Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness’s nearly three-decade marriage, their once-shared property portfolio is beginning to follow suit — starting with a striking glass-wrapped penthouse in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.

Eye-catching records filed with the city on Thursday show the couple is splitting their sprawling residence at 100 Eleventh Ave., a Jean Nouvel-designed building known for its mosaic of multi-angled glass panes and dramatic architecture.

The transaction took place just two days after Furness formally filed for divorce on May 23. The Real Deal first reported news of the penthouse split. The residence, for its part, was not listed for sale. 8
