BEAUMONT, Texas — Attorneys representing families of workers killed in the April 29 Port Arthur LNG construction collapse have completed a court-ordered site inspection and requested employment records from Zachry Group for one of the victims.

The collapsed scaffolding section, known as a jump form, was removed Wednesday as part of the inspection process, according to Cade Bernsen, attorney for the family of Reginald Magee, one of three men killed in the scaffolding collapse.

A June 4 court filing requests Magee's payroll and employment records from Zachry Group, where he previously worked before his death at the construction site operated by Bechtel.
