WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Michael Myers, 53, of Waco, was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child after a girl told staff at a local elementary school that she had been sexually assaulted, an arrest warrant states.
On May 20, Waco police officers were dispatched to Crestview Elementary School in the 1100 block of North New Road after a girl alleged Myers had sexually assaulted her.
Myers, police learned, was the victim’s sole caregiver and had immediate access to the victim.
According to the warrant, during an emergency forensic interview, the girl told investigators Myers touched her private parts and then sexually assaulted her using his hands.
