Chillicothe — The “Juneteenth” show at the Pump House Center for the Arts had its opening night on Thursday, with four of the artists in attendance.
The pastel artwork of Carlos Walker lined the walls of the first floor, with the theme of “What If: Walk a Mile in Our Shoes.” Walker has copies of his book, also with a ‘turnabout’ theme, on sale there.
The Mezzanine Gallery featured the work of local artists with a Juneteenth theme: Damianne Fischer, Tony Keaton, Krystian Jones, Steven Riggs, Angie Terry, and Bev Reiley.
