HILLSVILLE, Va. (WDBJ) - 3 people were transported to a hospital after 2 vehicles collided in Hillsville, say Hillsville Fire Department officials.

On Thursday afternoon, June 5, the vehicles were involved in a collision at the intersection of Floyd Pike and Sylvatus Hwy. in Hillsville.

The 3 individuals were transported to a hospital and are expected to be okay, say officials.

The crash remains under investigation by Hillsville Police Department.
