NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A local store is inviting you to a family-friendly event happening this weekend in Wilson County to celebrate Pride Month.

It’s happening Sunday at Nook. The lifestyle store in Mt Juliet has been around for the last four years.

Marc Vera, the CEO of Nook, says you can expect lots of entertainment, including live music as well as an appearance by local drag star Veronika Electronika.

Organizers say there will also be food trucks and more than a dozen vendors.

The event will also feature non-profits that specialize in topics like LGBTQ issues and even gun safety.
