AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) - A Potter County grand jury indicted one man on Thursday for alleged murder in connection to the shooting death of 20-year-old Ariana Nicole Estrada in May.

According to court documents, 21-year-old David Allen Crowder was indicted on one count of murder for allegedly killing Estrada in the early morning of May 4.

As noted in previous reports, police said Estrada was shot multiple times in the 2000 block of South Mirror Street, and was pronounced dead after being taken to an area hospital. Law enforcement identified Crowder, her alleged boyfriend, as a potential suspect and arrested him amid the ensuing investigation.
