NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Essence Fest just announced discounted ticket prices for locals for the 2025 festival.

With a valid Louisiana ID, Louisiana residents can get tickets for 20 percent off and no Ticketmaster fees.

This offer will only be valid in person on June 6, 13, 20, and 27th at the Superdome box office on Poydras Street.

Essence Fest 2025 will feature performances from artists like Master P, Maxwell, Nas, Boys 2 men, and a special tribute to Quincy Jones featuring several artists.

The fest runs July 4-6 at the Superdome.
