Grey Bruce Public Health confirmed on Friday that it received a report of an individual who had contracted measles who attended MacPhail Memorial Elementary School on May 20. Article content

The case led the local health unit’s infectious diseases team to work with the school to conduct a thorough contact-tracing investigation, which included reviewing the vaccination records of students and proof of immunity from school staff.
“Grey Bruce Public Health is happy to report that no secondary transmission of measles has been reported within the school to date,” communications co-ordinator Denis Langlois said
