BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — A man has been indicted on more than 40 counts stemming from a deadly house fire left three people dead in January.
On June 2, the Blount County Grand Jury indicted Johnny Ray Wilburn on 41 criminal counts, including first-degree murder in connection to the deadly fire in Walland that happened on January 20, 2025.
Blount County Sheriff James Lee Berrong said in January that three bodies had been recovered from a Walland home after a fire happened. The indictment identifies the three victims as Cas Ivan Farley, Delmar Marty Farley and Norma Kay Farley. Berrong said in January that all three lived in the home.
