Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry has a future role in an Adam Sandler film if he can once again record 2,000 yards during the 2025 NFL season.

Henry, 31, revealed that Sandler was his favorite actor during an appearance on the Dan Patrick Show , which led to Patrick, a longtime friend of Sandler's who's made cameos in several of his films, telling Henry he would text Sandler and have him send the Ravens personal video, as well as laying down the initial challenge for Henry to once again pass the 2,000-yard plateau.

"Alright, cool, say no more," Henry said.

The Dan Patrick Show 's account later shared a video of the host leaving a voicemail for Sandler about the conversation with Henry, which spliced into Sander's video message and Henry's reaction.
