AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — One man was indicted on multiple drug-related charges in Amarillo Federal Court.
According to court documents filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Brannick Dixon was indicted for "Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with Intent to Distribute 40 grams or more of Fentanyl."
Dixon is also facing two counts of "Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl" and one count of "Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime."
