Two men arrested after two month-long narcotics investigation

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) - Two men are facing various drug-related charges after Christian County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant.

On June 4, deputies executed a search warrant at a residence on Deerwood Drive in Hopkinsville as part of a two-month-long narcotics investigation.

When they arrived, they contacted 29-year-old Charles Green, a resident of the home. It was discovered that Green had an active warrant out of Christian County related to previous trafficking charges involving methamphetamine and fentanyl.

During a pat down, deputies located three baggies of suspected methamphetamine on his person. A search of the kitchen area also uncovered digital scales and a straw with residue, both consistent with drug use and distribution.
