KELSO, Wash. (KATU) — The suspect arrested after allegedly planning an elaborate mass shooting attack at Three Rivers Mall in Kelso, Wash., has been identified as a 14-year-old boy.
The teen has not been named due to their age. The suspect is scheduled to appear in court in Columbia County Friday afternoon, facing eight charges – including first-degree attempted murder, first-degree attempted assault, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, tampering with evidence, second-degree disorderly conduct, and two counts of unlawful possession of firearms.
