INDIANAPOLIS — INDOT has announced lane and ramp closures for Interstate 65 just north of downtown Indianapolis as crews are scheduled to conduct concrete patching work.

In a Friday morning release, INDOT says at or around June 6, the two right lanes of northbound I-65 will close between the 21st Street exit and the 38th Street/Kessler Boulevard exit. The northbound exit ramp to 38th Street and Kessler Boulevard will also close.

At 6 a.m. on Monday, June 9, one lane of I-65 northbound will reopen to traffic, while the other lane is scheduled to remain closed through 6 a.m. on Wednesday, June 11. INDOT says the northbound exit ramp to 38th and Kessler will remain closed through Wednesday morning.

Additional lane closures are expected on this stretch of I-65 through the fall, INDOT said.
