PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria Police are looking for the suspect in an armed vehicle hijacking Thursday night.

Police responded to the area of Braves and McReynolds Courts just before 10:45 P.M.

The adult male victim told officers he was approached by an unknown subject while he was parked.

The suspect then allegedly ordered him out of his vehicle at gunpoint and immediately drove away.

The victim was uninjured.

The vehicle was later found in the area of Hurlburt and Saratoga, but the suspect was not found.
