One more Orioles outfielder has made his way back from the injured list this week. On Friday afternoon, the O’s activated Ramón Laureano from the IL, where he’d been placed on May 24 due to a left ankle sprain. Laureano is back after just a couple of games rehabbing with the Triple-A Norfolk Tides. In a corresponding move, the O’s designated outfielder Jordyn Adams for assignment.

Separate from that pair of moves, the Orioles also announced that the team has acquired reliever Scott Blewett from the Atlanta Braves in exchange for cash considerations. Blewett, who was here for two games earlier in the season before being designated for assignment, was traded for cash to Atlanta when he left the O’s.
