Manitoba Health is warning the public of two possible measles exposure sites, both linked to the same day, May 20.

The first exposure was at Green Valley School in Grunthal, located at 212 Oak Avenue, during two time windows: 8:50 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The second location is the Manitoba Museum at 190 Rupert Avenue in Winnipeg, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. on the same date.

Officials are advising anyone who was at either location during those times to monitor themselves for symptoms of measles until June 11. The department is also contacting Green Valley School directly to notify staff, students’ families, and volunteers. Notification letters are being distributed with guidance specific to those who may have been in close contact.
