Crain’s New York Business reports that developer Oleg Krasnitskiy has filed plans with the Department of Buildings for a building at 214 Newkirk Ave., which is on Tax Block 5424, Lot 16.

The 31,000-square-foot project would replace a 3-story, unoccupied mixed-use property. Although the photo shows names on the mailbox and a bicycle on the porch, Crain’s reports that it is now unoccupied.

The new building would include four parking spots. No demolition permits have yet been filed, according to the NYC Department
