MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A man is fighting for his life following a shooting Friday afternoon in North Memphis.

The Memphis Police Department reports that the call came in at 12:34 p.m. from Thomas Street near Firestone Avenue.

When officers arrived, they found one man with gunshot injuries. MPD says he was rushed to Regional One Hospital in critical condition.

No one is in custody at this time.
