MARYSVILLE, Ohio — A Union County grand injury indicted a Marysville man on multiple charges, including attempted aggravated murder of a police officer.

Dustin Ohm , 29, was indicted on the following charges on Friday, all of which are felonies:

One count of attempted aggravated murder of a law enforcement officer

Three counts of felonious assault on a peace officer

One count of having weapons under disability

Two counts of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer

One count of discharging a firearm at or into a habitation

One count of vandalism

Officers with the Marysville Police Division were called to a home on White Oak Court for a domestic dispute in the early morning hours of May 30.
