WASHINGTON (KAKE) – The Transportation Security Administration this week issued a warning to travelers, asking them to stop using Costco membership cards as a REAL ID.

“We love hotdogs & rotisserie chickens as much as the next person but please stop telling people their Costco card counts as a REAL ID because it absolutely does not,” TSA said in a Facebook post on Wednesday. The post has garnered over 11,000 reactions.
