In this week's episode of "What's on the Menu," host Sheldon Demke had the opportunity to visit a local treasure that he's wanted to explore for a while: Hildale's own Water Canyon Winery .

Set against the majestic cliffs of Zion National Park, Water Canyon Winery is Southern Utah's local producer of all-natural wine. It's also one of very few wineries in the world that uses absolutely no sulfites, preservatives or other additives to make a product known as "zero-zero" wine.
